Information Sharing! Data is saved on-line and available to staff 24/7 allowing all staff to share a fully up-to-date picture of CfE implementation within their own establishment. A 'virtual learning wall’ provides an instant view of what topics pupils are studying and when, in order to promote more cross-curricular development. There is even a built-in ‘social network’ allowing staff to see how colleagues in other schools are developing their own CfE courses.

Ongoing development... The CfE Machine is in active development by a Computing Science teacher with 30 years of teaching experience. The services provided by the system reflect the work staff at all levels are engaged in as ongoing CfE development. As Curriculum for Excellence implementation and priorities move on, the CfE Machine will be updated with new features to provide ongoing support to staff within schools.
